Cancellations

  • We do not offer cancelations on pre-orders. Sales are final for pre-order pins.
  • You have 24 hours to cancel an in-hand pin order. Please send an email to us through the contact form or to halcyonpins@gmail.com. Make sure to include your name and order number.

 

Refunds

  • Refunds are not issued unless you have canceled your in-hand order within 24 hours.

 

Pre-Orders

  • Pre-Orders can take 3 - 6 months since they will have to be manufactured before they can be shipped to you.
  • There are no refunds on pre-orders. Sales are final the moment you purchase a pre-order.
  • By purchasing a pre-order pin you are guaranteed to get the best pin out of the batch (A Grade).
  • Pins may look different from the art designs. The pin color may differ from the art design you see on your computer.

 

Grading

All pins are handmade so there may be some small flaws, such as: uneven enamel, tiny bubbles, small specs of paint, pores in enamel, or glitter.


I am not a harsh grader. My grading philosophy is that if I personally would be willing to pay full price = A grade, if I would like a discount based on quality = B grade, if I wouldn't pay B grade price because of noticeable flaws = C grade.

 

  • A Grade - No noticeable flaws. Since all pins are handmade, there may be a couple of minor imperfections if scrutinized in direct light or at an angle (such as a tiny spec of paint, tiny bubbles in enamel, or tiny pores).
  • B Grade - Minor flaws. Contains more apparent imperfections (scratches, scuffing, enamel unevenly filled, tiny bubbles or pores, etc.) which are not noticeable unless viewed at an angle or under direct light.
  • C Grade - Noticeable flaws (some of the enamel colors don't exactly match the rest of the pin, wrong screen print, obvious dents in enamel, bubbling in screenprint, etc.)
  • Seconds - Major flaws that cover a large area of the pin.
  • Back of the pin is not graded.

     

    Shipping

    • In-hand pins are shipped within 7 business days. If you do not receive a tracking number within 7 business days, please contact us. We will do everything we can to ship before 7 business days, but you should not expect a wait longer than that.

    • Shipping is done through USPS.

    •  All pins are bubble wrapped and shipped in a small cardboard box.

    • Once order is shipped, it is out of our hands are we are not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen packages.

    International Shipping

    •  To see what countries we ship to reference the profile in Instagram. If your country isn't listed then please do the following: 1) Find a Drop Buddy and 2) Send a email to us that you'd like us to consider shipping to your country. If there's enough demand we can bump your country up on our list. 

    •  For orders shipped out of the United States, international buyers are responsible for any taxes and customs that may apply. The store does not automatically charge for this, so please note that you may have to cover those costs after your order is shipped.

    • To help offset some of the costs for international buyers, we automatically deduct $5 from shipping.

     

    Address Changes

    Please send a email to us through the contact form or to halcyonpins@gmail.com. Make sure to include your name, order number, and address you would like your order shipped to.

    • For in-hand pins, please email us your address change as soon as possible. We do our best to ship everything as quickly as possible.
    • Since it can take 3 - 6 months for pre-order pins to be ready to ship, we will post an Address Change reminder on Instagram. We will also send a Address Change email to the email listed in your order before we ship out orders. This email will have a date of when we must receive the address change. If you don't submit an address change by the date we've communicated, then we are not responsible for a lost package since it will be shipped to the original address. 

     

    Trading/Reselling Pins

    • Price gouging is not allowed. We understand that there may be an unfortunate circumstance where you need extra funds, in that case please do not sell your pin for more than twice its listed price + shipping + shipping. For example, if a pin is listed at $47 and you paid for $5.99 in shipping, then the most you could sell it for is $99.99 + shipping; (($47 * 2) + $5.99) + shipping. If you sell a pin for more than twice its listed cost you will be banned.
    • If you are not experiencing financial difficulties, then please resell your pin at its listed price + shipping + shipping.
    • You may trade/resell the pin once it's purchased as long as you provide the proof of purchase to the person you are trading/reselling to.

     

    Old Designs

    • All pins are Limited Edition so the same exact design won't be brought back.
